- Acta Parasitologica Turcica publishes original papers, short communications, case reports, original review articles in the medical and veterinary parasitology fields.
- Original papers should normally not exceed 15, case reports should not exceed 6 printed A4 pages including tables and figures.
- Manuscript must be accompanied by a letter signed by all the authors.
- If the study needs ethical committee permission, the ethical committee form should be accompanied the manuscript.
- Manuscript should be organized as follows: Abstract (Turkish and English) - Key words - Introduction - Material (or patients) and Methods - Results - Discussion - Acknowledgements - References - Legend(s) for figure(s), tables, charts, graphs and photographs - Tables - Figures.
- The title page should be supplied as a separate page and include: title (Turkish and English), running title, the names(s) of the author(s), affiliations and complete postal address of all author(s). The information about presentation in the previous meetings of this work should explain in this page.
- The second page should contain the Turkish and English abstract (up to 200 words) and not more than five keywords as Turkish and English. Keywords (as Turkish and English) should be provided at the foot of the Abstracts.
- Manuscripts should be typewritten with double spacing and wide margins. All pages must be numbered consecutively. The parasite names should be written in italic.
- Standart abbreviations should be defined when first used and be consistent throughout the text. Names of the parasites should be printed in italics or underlined.
- Tables should be typed on separate pages with double spacing, numbered consecutively, with numbers. A short descriptive title should appear above each table, with any explanations or footnotes below.
- Figures must be suitable for high-quality reproduction. Line drawings should be in India ink or printed by laser or inkjet printer.
- Photographs must be of good quality. If it is submitted by on-line must has high resolution. Colour photographs are accepted but the contributor must send them to the journal. Photographs should be clearly marked on the reverse side with the number, author's name and orientation (top), use a soft pencil.

- References should be assembled alphabetically at the end of the article. In the text, they should be referred to by numbers. Places must be indicated within the text. Journal titles should be abbreviated according to the Index Medicus rules. Periodicals, books, multi author books, chapter of a book and other references should be given as follows:
